Heuristic Approach:
It emphasis on the process of knowing, understanding and forming their own ideas which means, ‘enabling someone to discover or learn something for themselves.
This approach nullifies any kind of dependency and enables a holistic as well as comprehensive understanding of a subject or a issue.
This is a perfect way of learning as well as teaching unlike the spoon feeding method of mollycoddling that doesn’t help a learner learn on his own.

Killol Methodology
We follow the syllabus systematically across four learning dimensions:
ORWA = Oral | Recognition/Reading | Written | Activities
Learning is tracked topic-by-topic for every child, not just subject-by-subject. Our Performance Trackers record what has been taught, the child’s progress and the date on which the corresponding learning video was shared with parents.
The same individual tracking extends to Music, Martial Arts, Public Speaking, Sports and other activities, ensuring every child gets opportunities to participate. These trackers also support meaningful PTM discussions alongside the report card.

As per the syllabus, we create individual, unedited videos of every child demonstrating their learning in Oral, Reading or Recognition, Written and Activities, and share them with parents.
So parents can see, topic by topic, what their child has actually learned and can do at school — while our Performance Trackers ensure that this learning is systematically recorded and followed up.
